Holiday home in Bernau with swimming pool
Here, love is in the details – at "Birkenwind," holiday dreams begin!
Enjoy your time in front of the fireplace in the living room with its adjoining open-plan dining area. Relax on the window seat in the passageway to the kitchen and enjoy the view of nature. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and much more. A separate WC is located in the entrance area. On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom. A wonderful day can begin in the beautiful and spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. This floor is completed by a small bathroom with a shower and WC, accessible from the master bedroom.
The upper floor also features a large balcony, accessible from two of the bedrooms. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the basement. Wooden floors in the living area and on the first floor (except for the bathroom) enhance the cozy atmosphere of this holiday home.
Spend relaxing hours in the house's spacious garden, complete with all amenities. The terrace, accessible from the living area, faces southwest.
Two parking spaces for your car are located directly in front of the holiday home. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage, where charging points are available for e-bikes. Electric cars are also catered for: a private wallbox can be easily booked in advance and is available for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the property.
This is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.
For stays of four nights or more, a complimentary linen package (bed linen, towels (one regular and one bath towel), bath mat, and tea towels) is provided.
