The spacious terrace, complete with a Weber grill, is sure to be the main gathering place in summer, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. Another inviting spot is the cozy living and dining area. The centerpiece here is the wood-burning stove, which provides comforting warmth during the colder months when the weather turns chilly. The new, modern, and spacious kitchen offers ample room to indulge your culinary desires. An induction cooktop and a built-in oven are just some of the high-quality features. The two bedrooms offer restful sleep. One features a box-spring bed, while the other is equipped with high-quality, deep mattresses. An extra bed provides additional sleeping space in one of the bedrooms, and the sofa bed in the living area offers further sleeping options. This dream property is complemented by a new bathroom featuring a corner bathtub, shower, and double vanity, as well as a separate toilet.

Pets are welcome at "Sommerland." We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The washing machine in the basement is available for your use free of charge. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the property. Bicycles can be stored and locked in the private bicycle shed.
