Located in the first row of houses on the North Sea coast, directly behind the dike at the "Perlebucht" family lagoon, is the "Strandhütte" holiday townhouse in the newly built (2017) Beach House 1 in Büsum's prime location – with the beach right on your doorstep and Büsum's town center with its idyllic harbor just a stone's throw away.

This three-room, 71-square-meter (71 sq ft) holiday home spread over two floors offers perfect comfort for four people and is ideal for a vacation with friends or family. Enjoy your morning breakfast, the evening sunset with a glass of wine, or simply breathe in the fresh North Sea air on the private terrace and balcony with unobstructed views of the dike.

The "Strandhütte" boasts a welcoming atmosphere with high-quality oak flooring. The modern, stylishly designed furniture and the bright, floor-to-ceiling windows facing south give the "Beach Cabin" its exclusive Nordic beach house flair.

In the living room on the ground floor, you can relax on the sofa in front of the 49-inch flat-screen TV or unwind on the Fatboy beanbag. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen with Siemens appliances leaves nothing to be desired for aspiring chefs. The ground-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with another bathroom and two separate bedrooms, each furnished with modern, comfortable-height box-spring beds (one bedroom with a double bed and a 43-inch flat-screen TV, and the other with two single beds).

Two reserved parking spaces are available directly at the house for those arriving by car.

Wi-Fi, internet access, underfloor heating, and a lockable storage box (e.g., for strollers) right outside the front door complete the amenities of this non-smoking holiday home.
