High-quality, comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a terrace. The family lagoon is located directly behind the dike. The beach house boasts modern, bright, and light-filled architecture built to current standards, featuring underfloor heating and forced-air ventilation (new construction: 2019). The large, open-plan kitchen offers ample space for cooking for the whole family and is fully equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, Miele dishwasher, oven, toaster, and Thermomix.
On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a box-spring double bed. One bedroom also has a balcony. The apartment is spacious and features a shower and toilet on each floor.
For entertainment, in addition to a basic selection of board games, there are two new flat-screen TVs and a Bose sound system for streaming. The TVs have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The entire apartment is well-connected via a Fritz!Box with 100 Mbps Wi-Fi.
All windows on the ground floor can be darkened with exterior roller shutters and interior pleated blinds. We are perfectly prepared for holidays with children and dogs! Storage rooms for strollers and bicycles are also available. The holiday apartment includes free parking.
