Holiday home in Olpenitz with swimming pool
Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy. The holiday home "Emily," with its yellow facade, is located directly on the marina. A modern kitchen on the ground floor invites you to cook. In the adjacent, open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, you can put your feet up on the spacious sofa and unwind, or enjoy meals together at the dining table with the whole family.
Upstairs, you'll find your bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00m double bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. This room has access to the balcony and offers a stunning view of the harbor entrance of the Baltic Sea resort.
Another bedroom is located on the other side of the upper floor, featuring a spacious 1.40 x 2.00m double bed, a 1.00 x 2.00m single bed, and a 0.90 x 1.90m extra bed. This room is also equipped with a wardrobe, TV, and underfloor heating.
The spacious bathroom with its unique Hoesch steam sauna and numerous wellness features offers the perfect escape, even on cold days. A bathtub is also available for our guests. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
The large south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is situated directly on the water's edge.
Children are very welcome in this house. A travel cot and a highchair are provided. Private parking is available in front of the house.
