Our beach house (semi-detached) "Dünenblick 73a" is located directly behind the dunes in the first row, only about 30 meters from the beach and promenade, in the heart of the Baabe Dune and Beach Park.

Good to know:

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.

A security deposit of €175.00 (€200.00 over New Year's) is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any utility bills.

Electricity (€0.38/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).

Electric heating provides basic warmth to the house.

Linen packages and firewood can be ordered from our property manager for an additional fee.

The tourist tax is payable before arrival.

One pet is welcome for an additional fee; further pets are welcome upon request at your agency.

One parking space is available free of charge near the house. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.

Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the covered terrace, ending the evening with a good cup of tea in front of the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove – pure relaxation!

Our house is furnished with everything you could wish for. The house is ideally suited for seniors, as everything is on one level.

On the spacious terrace, you can sunbathe to your heart's content; we provide comfortable sun loungers free of charge.
