This luxury vacation apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea. Situated on the ground floor of a two-unit holiday home, the apartment is solidly built directly on the north pier. The entire building is powered by renewable energy and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a controlled ventilation system.

The entrance is easily accessible via stairs or, alternatively, a ramp. The spacious, maritime-themed BalticLounge apartment offers a high-quality kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area with panoramic windows, two bedrooms, and a large, comfortable bathroom. Two large terraces and a lovely lawn provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The high-quality furnishings ensure maximum comfort for guests of all ages.

The large Baltic Sea terrace is perfect for unwinding. Here, our guests will find comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair. The lawn adjacent to the terrace is ideal for children to play and run around. A fence separates the lawn from the pier and the Baltic Sea, minimizing the risk to small children.

The spacious Baltic Sea terrace is a wonderful place to relax. A second sun terrace, approximately 40 m², accessible from the master bedroom, is also available for our guests.

The spacious living room features a large smart TV and a comfortable lounge sofa. From here, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and the crackling fireplace. The high-quality, fully equipped luxury kitchen allows you to enjoy the Baltic Sea view while cooking. Both bedrooms are charmingly decorated with nautical details and furnished with high-quality beds and mattresses. One bedroom also has a smart TV.

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a very large walk-in rain shower, a vanity, and a toilet.
The highlight of the bathroom is the extendable Finnish sauna for two people from the premium manufacturer "Klafs Sauna & Spa."
This vacation apartment is ideally suited for a family with children or couples. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
