Haus Frieda in Karlshagen
This quietly situated holiday home was built in 2017 and offers approximately 100 m² of living space. It is surrounded by a plot of land of about 550 m².
Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking house or on the property.
The holiday home is furnished to a high standard and with great taste, and features a private, furnished terrace.
The comfortable living and dining area includes a sofa set, a dining table for 6 people, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a 3D Blu-ray home cinema system. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a fridge/freezer.
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom, a children's room, offers a bunk bed (each approximately 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (approximately 1.40 x 2.00 m).
The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub. In addition, there is a guest toilet with a shower.
The entire house has underfloor heating, and all windows are equipped with exterior blinds.
A washing machine, a bicycle shed, and two parking spaces directly at the house (carport) are also available.
A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be booked separately or you can bring your own.
A security deposit of €100 plus tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival.
Long-term stays are also very welcome from November to March!
