My 46 sq m apartment is located in a very quiet building. Two elevators will take you comfortably to the 3rd floor. From the balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
The beach, with its new promenade, is only about 60 meters away and can be reached without having to cross a street.

The apartment features: a living room with a dining area, a sofa that quickly converts into a third bed, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, books, and games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc., and all necessary kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, dishes, and glasses.
