This luxury holiday apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea, offering views of the lighthouse, the Schlei estuary, and as far as Denmark.
The apartment occupies the upper and attic floors of a holiday home with two apartments and is solidly built directly on the north pier. The entire building is powered by renewable energy and equipped with the latest technology and a controlled air conditioning system.
The BalticLounge1 apartment features floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows throughout, providing unobstructed views across the Baltic Sea to Denmark and the Schlei estuary with the Schleimünde lighthouse. The entrance is easily accessible via stairs or, alternatively, a ramp. The entrance area, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, is located on the ground floor. From here, you can access the upper floor, which offers ample space for six people with three bedrooms, a shower room, and a living area.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs.
The third bedroom, which can also serve as a children's room, offers two single beds and a chest of drawers. Exterior roller shutters ensure a restful sleep in all bedrooms. The spacious bathroom on the upper floor features a large, walk-in rain shower, two washbasins, and a toilet.
The generous living room offers a large smart TV and a comfortable lounge sofa with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The fireplace accompanies you throughout the living area; simply turn it to face your desired direction.
Another staircase leads to the second floor. This stunning level boasts a beautiful, large kitchen with a dining area for six people and sea views.
The covered roof terrace on the north side offers a magnificent view of the open Baltic Sea, or you can enjoy the evening sun on the second balcony. The highlight of this floor is the large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub offering breathtaking views of the open Baltic Sea, a walk-in rain shower, and double vanities.
