3 star national category. Newly renovated, beautiful, well-equipped holiday apartment Residenz Benni 4, quietly located, very well maintained, with a balcony with sea and pool views. The apartments are only about 200 m from the sea, the nearest pebble and sandy beach is about 800 m away. The center of Medulin can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
Our shared pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax.
A playground, table football table, table tennis table, drinks machine with Bavarian and German beers round off the offer.
In the summer kitchen there is also a large LCD TV for shared football evenings.
Note: the pool is out of service in the winter months 1.11.-31.03.

Our stay at Residence Benni 4 was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a view of the pool, The location was perfect for our beach outings, just a short walk away, Highly recommend!
De locatie is zeer rustig, waardoor u heerlijk kunt ontspannen na een dagje bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te hebben bezocht, zoals de Pula Arena en het Aquarium. Het appartement zelf was ruim en schoon en zorgde voor een huiselijke sfeer voor ons gezin. De kinderen konden zich vermaken in de speeltuin en de tafeltennistafel zorgde voor een aantal leuke avonden. Kortom, een prima keuze voor gezinnen!
Het appartement was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, waardoor onze gezinsvakantie een makkie was, We hielden ervan zo dicht bij het strand te zijn en waardeerden de rustige omgeving, Een geweldige plek voor gezinnen!
Residence Benni 4 biedt een fijne balans tussen ontspanning en plezier, De kinderen hielden van de speeltuin en tafeltennis, terwijl wij genoten van de vredige sfeer, Het strand is een aangename wandeling, wat het een geweldige locatie maakt
Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à Residence Benni 4 ! La vue depuis notre balcon était magnifique, surtout le matin, La proximité des plages de galets et de sable était un gros plus pour nous
L'appartement était bien équipé et confortable, ce qui en faisait une excellente base pour explorer Medulin et les attractions à proximité comme l'Arène de Pula
