3 star national category. Newly renovated, beautiful, well-equipped holiday apartment Residenz Benni 7, quietly located, very well maintained, with a balcony with sea and pool views. The apartments are only about 200 m from the sea, the nearest pebble and sandy beach is about 800 m away. The center of Medulin can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
Our shared pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax.
A playground, table football table, table tennis table, drinks machine with Bavarian and German beers round off the offer.
In the summer kitchen there is also a large LCD TV for shared football evenings.
Note: the pool is out of service in the winter months 1.11.-31.03.

Geweldige locatie, op korte loopafstand van de oceaan! Het appartement was goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Ik vond het heerlijk om een balkon te hebben waar ik van de zonsondergang kon genieten. Het enige nadeel was het ontbreken van wifi, wat een beetje vervelend was maar ons verblijf niet verpestte. Ik zou het aanraden voor gezinnen of een groep vrienden.

The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the sea and the pool, It was just a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed spending our afternoons lounging by the shared pool, The atmosphere was relaxed, and we appreciated the quiet location, Our kids loved the playground and table tennis! Overall, a great spot for families looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings
Over het algemeen een prettige ervaring. Het appartement was netjes en opgeruimd en we waardeerden de gunstige ligging. Het was een gemakkelijk verblijf zonder grote klachten.
