From July 27, 2026, to August 7, 2026, painting work will be carried out on the building. The wooden paneling will be sanded and varnished, and the facade will be repainted. During this period, there may be occasional construction noise. A construction discount is offered.
The modernly furnished holiday apartment "Sonnenhang" in a quiet part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen can accommodate up to 5 people. The center of Garmisch is just a few minutes' walk away or can be reached by the nearby local bus. There you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés.
The apartment has two large balconies, one facing south and one facing west, with magnificent panoramic mountain views. The living room offers a seating area, a large sofa, and a television. There are two bright bedrooms: one with three beds, a television, a wardrobe, and balcony access; the other with a double bed, a wardrobe, and also balcony access.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The modern bathroom has a sink, bathtub, and toilet; there is also a separate small toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. A garage parking space also belongs to the apartment.
