The open-plan living/dining room/kitchen and a generous living area with floor-to-ceiling windows leads directly to a partially covered terrace with a parasol.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and ample dishes. The apartment has parquet and tiled floors, making it suitable for allergy sufferers. A TV, stereo, and DVD player are provided in the living room, and there is an additional TV in one of the bedrooms. One parking space and Wi-Fi are included free of charge. A second parking space can be booked for an additional fee.
This fully and tastefully furnished apartment caters to discerning guests and includes a terrace and private parking directly at the building. It enjoys an excellent, quiet location high above Lake Constance.
