Villa Noho is the ideal place for a relaxing and adventurous holiday on Lake Constance and in the four-country region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein). The flat is extremely comfortable and offers numerous leisure activities for the whole family. It is mainly on the ground floor, where the living and sleeping areas are located. In the basement there is a fitness room and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a bathroom with shower. Villa Noho has four elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom and another double bedroom have access to a shared bathroom with bathtub, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, mirror with weather forecast display, hairdryer and scales. The third double bedroom has a small private bathroom with shower. The fourth double bedroom has a large window overlooking the garden and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, egg cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a coffee machine for coffee and cappuccino, a blender and a crepe maker. Everything you need for cooking (oils, vinegar, spices) as well as Nespresso capsules, various teas, sugar, salt and pepper are available. For our oriental guests we offer chopsticks, a wok pan and soya sauce. Products for the dishwasher and for cleaning are also available as well as a soda stream (make your own carbonated water). The living area invites you to relax with a large dining table and a fireplace. The spacious living room offers a spectacular view of the garden through the panoramic window. The sofa is very large and modular, it can be moved to transform the living room into a home cinema thanks to the 4K home cinema system with large Bluetooth speaker. Guests also have an antique grand piano at their disposal - playing the piano with a view of Lake Constance is a rare experience! From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious garden and the covered terrace, which is equipped with a table for eight people. The garden offers various sports facilities, such as a net for beach tennis, badminton or volleyball, a trampoline and a double gymnastic bar. On the beach you will find SUP boards (life jackets are available), horizontal and vertical fire pits and a barbecue plate with a diameter of one metre. Deckchairs (comfort) are also available. Close to the beach is our barrel sauna, just a few steps from the lake, which can accommodate up to four seated people. Villa Noho is an excellent starting point for day trips, e.g. to Munich, Zurich, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Constance and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. Here, both children and parents will find ideal conditions for relaxation and fun. The private car park offers space for up to three cars, and you can conveniently charge your e-bikes in the bicycle garage with power connection.
