Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One pet can be booked for an extra charge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
One parking space (underground garage) is available free of charge.

In the stunning vacation apartment "Villa Düne – 17," built in classic seaside resort style, you'll find your favorite spot!

Perhaps it's a cozy reading nook in the bright living area with a view from the window, or even relaxing in your own beach chair on your balcony. Our exclusive vacation home offers a comprehensive range of amenities that will leave little to be desired for you and your family.

The two high-quality bedrooms each feature a box-spring bed with a single mattress (180 x 200 cm) and an additional TV. A travel cot is also available.

On rainy days, you can comfortably spend time here, relaxing in your own infrared sauna in the apartment and in front of the gas fireplace. A shared Finnish sauna and a coin-operated laundry room are located in the basement of Villa Düne.

The balcony off the living room offers an ideal sunbathing spot with its own beach chair and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. From there, you can glimpse the spot right on the beach where, about 100 years ago, the "Old Pier" was twice destroyed by storms and ice floes.
