Welcome to the thatched-roof holiday home "Melsa" – your home by the sea

Arrive, breathe deeply, feel at home – experience relaxing days in our modern, charming thatched-roof semi-detached house. "Melsa" is a place to unwind and offers maximum comfort for families and couples of up to 5 people. Here you will find the perfect blend of coziness, style, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Upon your arrival, a fully prepared home awaits you: the beds are made, towels are provided, and you can immediately begin enjoying your holiday.

Upstairs, there is a comfortable bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and plenty of storage space, as well as a stylish shower room with a sauna, toilet, and sink – ideal for relaxing moments.

On the ground floor, you will find a second bedroom with a double bunk bed (double bed 140 cm below, single bed 90 cm above) for up to three people. A separate guest toilet provides added convenience.

The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and many other extras are at your disposal. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, while you can enjoy TV, games, and free Wi-Fi.

The entire house has underfloor heating and is allergy-friendly. Out of consideration for the health and well-being of all guests, pets and smoking are not permitted indoors.

Enjoy the morning sun on the covered breakfast terrace overlooking the garden, or relax on the southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair, garden furniture, and a barbecue – perfect for sunny afternoons and cozy evenings.

Parking is available directly at the house. The idyllic natural beach is only about 600 meters away – ideal for walks, sunbathing, and enjoying the sea.
