Thatched house "Three Seagulls"

High-quality, modern furnishings await you in this semi-detached holiday home. As a non-smoking property, it is suitable for allergy sufferers; therefore, pets are not allowed. The house was completed in spring 2021.

The entire house is furnished in a Scandinavian style and features underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is equipped with many extras. The fireplace, visible from all sides, creates a cozy atmosphere. The sauna with a wellness shower on the ground floor offers a comfortable space to relax. The relaxation room window offers views across the fields to the sea. The guest WC with natural light is also located on the ground floor.

As you walk through the stairwell, you can see the sea in the distance.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed. The second bedroom also contains an additional single bed. Each bedroom is equipped with ample storage space for clothing, dressers, and comfortable seating.
The shower room with a glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet is located in the typical dormer window of the thatched-roof house. Pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

Comfortable garden furniture, a private beach chair, and a hammock await you in the garden. The wooden terrace is perfect for walking barefoot. Wild roses are planted along the natural stone wall surrounding the garden. In May, a delicate fragrance wafts around the house. In autumn and winter, birds find food and shelter in the rosehips. An electric Weber grill is available for barbecuing. The natural beach is approximately 400 meters away.

A parking space is located directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available about 30 meters away.
