Following a change of ownership in 2020, the entire house was completely renovated and partially refurnished by a master craftsman from Amrum.
The holiday apartment, spread over approximately 70 square meters on the upper and attic floors, is modern, comfortable, and furnished with attention to detail.
A cozy living room with a dining table awaits you, along with a kitchenette equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, internet satellite TV, and an internet radio with a CD player.
There are two bedrooms: one on the upper floor with a "MÖVE" upholstered double bed (180 x 200 cm) with 7-zone gel pocket spring mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, and internet satellite TV.
The other bedroom in the attic has two single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a desk with a swivel chair.
A modern bathroom with natural light features underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.
... In the garden area – a private barbecue area with a charcoal grill, beach chair,
parasol and patio furniture (April to October)
"KETTLER" patio furniture, e.g., high-backed multi-functional armchair with cushion, footstool,
outdoor table, weatherproof storage box for the parasol, etc.
The holiday apartment has its own parking space directly at the house,
as well as a storage area for your bicycles.
You have private access to your holiday apartment – a separate, locked entrance/exit door!
