Following a change of ownership in 2020, the entire house was completely renovated and partially refurnished by a master craftsman from Amrum.
The holiday apartment, spread over approximately 50 square meters on the ground floor, is modern, comfortable, and furnished with attention to detail.
A spacious and cozy living room with a dining table awaits you.
A kitchenette with all the necessary cooking utensils, internet satellite TV, and internet radio with CD player are also provided.
One bedroom features a "MÖVE" upholstered double bed (180 x 200 cm) with 7-zone gel pocket spring mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, a wardrobe, and internet satellite TV.
A modern, bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower completes the picture.
Direct access from the living room leads to your private terrace.
The charcoal grill, beach chair, parasol, and garden furniture are available from April to October.
"KETTLER" patio furniture, e.g., high-backed multi-functional armchairs with cushions, footstools, and outdoor tables.
The vacation apartment has its own parking space directly at the house,
as well as a storage area for your bicycles.
You have private access to your vacation apartment – a separate, locked entrance/exit door!
