Our cozy little wooden house (45 m²) in a quiet location with a wood-burning stove and a welcoming atmosphere is situated in the village of Brodersby (Angeln - peninsula in the Baltic Sea). It is located in the Schlei Nature Park on the picturesque Schlei fjord.
The cottage is located in a small holiday home community surrounded by meadows, fields, woods, and the unique Schlei fjord.

This holiday home, furnished in typical Scandinavian style, is suitable for 4 people. It has a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. From the living room, you have direct access to the partially covered sun terrace. The comfortable bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe ensures a restful sleep. The rustic eat-in kitchen offers all modern conveniences and a dining area, providing space for four people. A dishwasher and a small microwave complete the amenities. A bright shower room and a hallway with a wardrobe complete the ground floor. The cozy loft (ceiling height 1.65 m) is located on the top floor, accessible via a steep staircase, providing sleeping space for two additional guests. The sheltered, south-facing sun terrace, furnished with garden furniture and cushions, invites you to relax.

The attractive, fenced garden offers plenty of space for your children to play and run around. Two cars can be conveniently parked on the property. Most windows have mosquito nets.
The gently sloping beach (600 m) of "Klein Westerland" delights visitors of all ages.
Please note that the house is equipped with electric heating during the colder months.
