Ten exclusive apartments with balconies and terraces facing the sea offer breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and every comfort to ensure a high standard of living in a beautiful setting. All apartments feature modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, underfloor heating, and electric exterior blinds with adjustable slats, providing both natural light and privacy.

The holiday apartment "Living by the Beach 8" is located on the second floor and offers a bedroom furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and TV, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area (140x185 cm), providing all the comforts for 3 to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The high-quality furnished living and dining area offers magnificent views of the Baltic Sea. Relax on your balcony, which spans the entire width of the apartment and offers partial sea views, the sound of the waves, and fresh Baltic Sea air. Two TVs, a radio, and Wi-Fi are provided. The apartment features underfloor heating, and all windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, allowing you to control the amount of light entering the room while maintaining privacy. A reserved parking space in the underground garage (entrance height 1.90 m) is included. The building has an elevator and a bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use free of charge.
