Ten exclusive apartments with balconies and terraces facing the sea offer breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and every comfort to ensure a high standard of living in a beautiful setting. All apartments feature modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, underfloor heating, and electric exterior blinds with adjustable slats, providing both natural light and privacy.

The holiday apartment "Living by the Beach 1" is located on the ground floor and offers every comfort for four people to enjoy a relaxing holiday, with two bedrooms furnished with box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200 cm) and TVs, as well as two shower rooms. The high-quality furnished living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. Relax on your covered terrace, enjoying the sound of the waves and fresh Baltic Sea air. Three TVs, a radio, and Wi-Fi are provided. The apartment features underfloor heating, and all windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, allowing for both blackout and daylight with privacy. Apartment 3 includes a reserved parking space in the underground garage (entrance height 1.90 m). The building has an elevator and a bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use free of charge.
