Description
Home port 1st floor
This stunning holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a holiday home directly bordering the Baltic Sea coast.
The spacious living and dining area features a modern kitchen with a cooking island. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living area with a television and panoramic windows. A comfortable sofa bed is available for a fifth guest. The gas fireplace invites you to cozy evenings in winter. For sustainability reasons, the fireplace is not in use during the summer months.
The large master bedroom offers a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a sea view and a view of the gas fireplace, as a large sliding door separates the living room and bedroom. Guests enjoy ample privacy in the master bedroom thanks to the en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower, washing machine, dryer, toilet, and a large vanity. The Finnish sauna is also located in this bathroom.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and offers an unobstructed view of the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. A second bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer is available for our guests.
Two balconies offer our guests a magnificent view of the open Baltic Sea and the private beach; these are furnished with comfortable chairs and a table.
Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We will gladly inform you about the current status. However, we unfortunately do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
