The beach house (approx. 151 sq m) is designed for a maximum occupancy of 7 people plus an infant.
The light-filled living room with windows facing three directions is the heart of the house. Here you will find a large dining table, perfect for shared meals or simply relaxing together. The spacious open-plan kitchen adjoins the living room, a haven for both avid cooks and home cooks.
From the large living room, you can access another living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a television, and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to this is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The entrance area features a generous hallway and another bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two further bedrooms and a modern, large bathroom.
The house can also be used by two people on the ground floor only. The terraces face east and south, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The terrace is furnished with high-quality teak furniture and a beach chair.
