Holiday apartment in Nebel with swimming pool

The Sturmmöwe apartment (approx. 50 sq m) in the "Smäswai Hüs" is designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

The combined living and kitchen area is bright and airy. A television and a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity are also located in the living area. The kitchenette is ideally equipped for two people, and a dining table is provided. A dishwasher, a modern ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment are all part of the well-equipped kitchen. An oven is not included. A staircase leads from the living room to the attic, where you can retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The bathroom was renovated in 2021 and now features a large shower with a low-profile shower tray for easy access.
The separate bedroom contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm) pushed together and a large built-in wardrobe for your clothes. The bedroom window can be darkened with a pleated blind.
Due to the open staircase, this apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Guests of the "Sturmmöwe" apartment can use a terrace in the well-screened front garden of the house. All terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair. The garden furniture is available from Easter until mid-October. Behind the house, there is a play and sunbathing lawn with a children's swing and soccer goals, covering an area of over 2000 square meters, which is available to all guests of Smäswai Hüs.

High-speed internet access via Wi-Fi is free of charge.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron are located in a separate laundry room on the property and are available to all guests of Smäswai Hüs.
Smoking is not permitted in the "Sturmmöwe" apartment, as in all our apartments. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to observe the no-smoking policy. We do not allow pets in this apartment.
A parking space is available directly at the house. A public charging station for electric cars is located approximately 200 meters away.
