"Haus Baalmann" offers five high-quality, non-smoking apartments. The house is centrally located on Norderreihe, a quiet side street, less than 500 meters from the main beach and directly adjacent to the Borkum inland meadows. The train station is less than 300 meters away. Convenient shopping, restaurants, bakeries, the "Gezeitenland" adventure pool, and other spa facilities are just a short walk away.

Welcome to Apartment 4, offering approximately 95 m² of living space for up to 4 people. A spacious living/dining room with a leather sofa, TV, DVD player, and balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.
The bedroom, with its parquet flooring, features a double bed and a walk-in closet, while the bathroom includes a shower and a large corner bathtub.
Bed linens are included, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will also find hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels already provided.
