Adjacent to the expansive dune area of Renesse, this newly furnished, detached holiday bungalow is within easy walking distance of the beach.

Located in the wonderfully quiet and green park "'t Ongerepte," the modern wooden bungalow "De Zandbank" boasts a sunny garden and plenty of privacy! You'll use your personal chip for the entrance gate to access your parking space, from where it's just a short stroll to the house.

Thanks to its perfect location, you can walk directly from the house along the beach path to the beach pavilion "De Zwaluw" (The Swallow) for a cup of coffee. From March to October, you can buy fresh bread rolls and your newspaper at the nearby supermarket. Bicycles are also available for rent there. In the summer, you can easily reach the center of Renesse with a free shuttle bus.

The house features a tastefully furnished living room with a digital TV offering many German channels, free Wi-Fi (which can be switched off), and a separate desk area. The entire bungalow has central heating.

French doors lead to the sunny terrace. Here you can start your day with breakfast and end it in style with an electric grill. The terrace offers shelter from the wind, and even on cooler evenings, the comfortable patio heaters provide the necessary warmth.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, including a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a two-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, a combination microwave/oven, and a dishwasher. The cozy dining area is perfect for game nights; a selection of German and Dutch board games can be found on the living room shelf.

The house has five beds in three bedrooms with wardrobes, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a rain shower. A separate utility room contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a second refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can store and charge your bicycles behind the house.

The beach is a highlight in every season, and water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. The beautiful, expansive dune landscape and the nearby nature reserve are perfect for relaxing hikes and bike rides. The neighboring town of Zierikzee offers a maritime atmosphere with its picturesque old town and harbor. For further excursions, Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague are just an hour away by car.
