Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

This 67 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built house in Mummendorf 2e, Fehmarn. Completed in January 2022, the house is situated on a quiet street and offers a private parking space directly outside. An EV charging station is available for an additional fee.

The bright, modern apartment offers free Wi-Fi and features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms for two guests each, a bathroom with shower and large mirror, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The cosy living room features a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi radio and fireplace. Firewood and kindling must be brought along or purchased locally.

The modern kitchen includes a dining area, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are provided. Cleaning sponges, tea towels and washing-up liquid must be brought along; two dishwasher tablets are supplied.

The bathroom is modern and comfortable, with a shower and hairdryer. One roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival.

One bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed and a TV, while the second features a 160 × 200 cm double bed. A travel cot with mattress and a high chair are also available for young children.

The living room opens onto a spacious terrace and garden, ideal for relaxing or playing outdoors. Garden furniture, a barbecue and a private beach chair are provided for enjoying sunny afternoons and pleasant evenings.

A garden sauna was planned for autumn 2022 to offer additional relaxation.
An ironing board and iron are also available.
Pets are not permitted. However, the apartment cannot be guaranteed to be allergy-friendly.
