Enjoy a cosy, modern 64 m² holiday apartment with two bedrooms, located on the upper floor of a newly built house in Mummendorf 2d, Fehmarn. Completed in January 2022, the house is situated on a quiet street and offers private parking directly outside. A shared 11 kW EV charging station with a Type 2 connector is available for an additional fee, currently €0.49/kWh, subject to change.

The bright apartment offers free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms for two guests each, a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The living area features a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi radio and fireplace. Firewood and kindling must be brought along or purchased locally. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom features a rainfall shower and hairdryer. One bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed and TV, while the second has a 160 × 200 cm double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. A travel cot with mattress and a high chair are also provided.

The spacious balcony offers garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals. A shared garden sauna is available for an additional fee, subject to coordination with guests in the ground-floor apartment. An ironing board and iron are also provided.

Pets are not permitted. However, the apartment cannot be guaranteed to be allergy-friendly.
