The spacious "Bachlauf" holiday apartment, located on the first floor, offers everything you need for a wonderful time at Lake Chiemsee. Situated directly on the Bernauer Ache stream, it's just a short walk to the train station and the town center, and offers easy access to Lake Chiemsee, as well as the surrounding forests and mountains with their cycling and hiking trails. Here you can truly relax and enjoy your well-deserved vacation.

The large living room includes a kitchenette, a dining area, and a corner sofa with an extra-large TV. From the living room, you can access the large covered balcony, which is also accessible from the bedroom. The double bed in the spacious bedroom features high mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort. An extra bed (75x185cm) can be provided if needed. In addition to the bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, the apartment also has a separate toilet in the entrance area.

The highlight of this multi-family building is a spacious indoor swimming pool (approx. 12 x 7 meters) and a sauna area, which you can use free of charge. This means you're independent of the weather!
The building entrance is on the lower ground floor, so there are two flights of stairs to the apartment.

A linen package (bed linens, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mat, and kitchen towels) is provided free of charge for stays of four nights or more. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The apartment includes a parking space. The shared laundry room is located in the adjacent building. Here you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee of €3.
