Small and charming, "Sunrise" is located just a 10-minute walk from Lake Chiemsee. This one-room apartment on the first floor offers a wealth of thoughtful touches to make your vacation truly special.
The open-plan, spacious living, dining, and sleeping area features a sitting area, flat-screen TV, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. A seating area with a table and chairs provides ample space for dining, relaxing, or even working. The kitchen, equipped with a two-burner cooktop and oven, has everything you need for cooking. From the kitchen, you can access the east-facing balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrises with a cup of coffee. It's ideal for breakfast in the Chiemgau morning sun.
A large and modern bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hairdryer, offers plenty of privacy.
The linen package (bed linen, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mat, and tea towels) is provided free of charge for stays of four nights or more. A parking space is available for your car. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be stored in the bicycle shed. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the apartment.
