The finca with a pool in Mallorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a sun terrace and a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna (electricity consumption is billed separately).
The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.
There is a large veranda with a barbecue for convivial evenings. It is the perfect holiday home for a vacation with family, friends, or even cycling groups.
The finca has central heating and can therefore be used year-round, making it ideal for a winter workation. During the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, and a security deposit of €500 is payable upon arrival. In the summer season, 35 kWh of electricity per night is included. Any additional consumption will be billed separately.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia are a 10-minute drive away. Pollensa is approximately 4 km away. This finca with a pool in Pollença offers a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, with beaches and shops nearby.
