Welcome to a cozy cottage in a smaller cottage area only 300 meters from lake Stråken. To the cottage and to the other houses around, there is a shared private swimming area with a bathing jetty, barbecue area and sandy beach with lawn that you share. The cottage is red with white knots and has a large inviting balcony where you can see the lake between the trees that sparkle below. The lawn invites you to play with swings on the grounds. There is a nice glazed conservatory with seating for 6 people and here is also the entrance to your accommodation. You are welcomed into a narrow hall with space for shoes and jackets. Directly to the right, the living room opens up, which is integrated with the kitchen area. It is bright and with a very homely warm style. There is a sofa with an armchair and a TV. In the living room there is a fireplace that you can use. You buy firewood at the nearest grocery store. The kitchen area has a dining area for 6 people and the kitchen area is next door. The kitchen is from 2019 and in a good standard with an induction cooker, a newer cooker hood and a dishwasher. To the left into the hall is the large bedroom with a double bed. Next to this room is the children's room with a bunk bed 2x90cm wide. You will find the bathroom with wc/shower cabin and washing machine at the bottom. This is a cozy and good accommodation for the family of 4 who want to be close to swimming and nice excursion destinations. The city of Jönköping is only 25 km away. Here there are a number of restaurants, cafes and shopping for those who wish. In Jönköping there is also a large indoor pool, Rosenlundsbadet. The town of Mullsjö has cafes and small shops and there are plenty of lakes and forests to pick blueberries in. A day trip to Wild West adventure land High Chaparral attracts many families with children. Warm welcome.

Een geweldige retraite! De cottage was charmant en gezellig, met een prachtige serre om in te ontspannen, We genoten van de nabijheid van de natuur en maakten zelfs enkele dagtochten naar nabijgelegen attracties zoals High Chaparral, Perfect voor gezinnen!
What a lovely place! The decor was warm and inviting, and the large balcony offered a nice view of the lake, We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and the short drive to Jönköping for some dining and shopping,
