From the living room, there is direct access to your own wooden terrace, where you can enjoy barbecues and summer evenings outdoors. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are additional sleeping spaces with two single beds, making the house suitable for up to four guests. The layout ensures both comfort and privacy, whether traveling as a family or a small group. The location is one of the property’s highlights: just about 600 meters from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach and only around 150 meters to shops, restaurants, and Marielyst Torv.
