Description
Well-kept cottage located close to one of Denmark's best beaches, Marielyst. For the whole family's enjoyment, there is a combo table with 3-in-1 table tennis, billiards and table football. In addition, there is a Nintendo Wii. & # 160; The cottage is brightly decorated with an open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher m.m. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. The living room is bright and contains modern furniture with stereo with CD, DVD player, TV and satellite dish with Danish and German channels. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in the annex. For the little ones there is a cot and high chair. Lovely large terrace with space to sunbathe and grill in the cozy evenings. Lovely garden with plenty of space for ball games, swing and sandpit. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
