Description
Extremely well-kept apartment completely renovated in 2017 located in Agger Tange Holiday Center in the first parquet next to dunes and only approx. 150 meters from the roaring North Sea and the beach. The kitchen, which is combined with the living room, is i.a. equipped with stove, microwave, extractor hood and fridge / freezer. The living room is furnished with a cozy furnishings and has good light from the large windows facing the private terrace. Wi-Fi is installed and it is possible to stream to Smart TV. The apartment is furnished with a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together into a double bed if desired. In addition, there is a sofa bed with a double bed in the living room. On the terrace there is a garden table and garden chairs. The apartment is located at the far end of the dunes, and there is a view of the nature area and the dunes. There are many joint activities at the holiday center, including free access to the resort's indoor pool with separate children's pool and sauna. Outdoors, there are i.a. volleyball court, tennis, playground, mini golf and campfire. There is a common laundromat.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

It is a well-furnished house with a fantastic view, it is very close to the sea and there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the area,
The house is super well furnished and perfectly situated with a super good view,
