The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with comfortable garden furniture – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors.

With its underfloor heating, sun-protection glazed windows (some floor-to-ceiling), and tasteful decor, the apartment offers a comfortable living environment year-round. Free Wi-Fi and a clothes drying rack are also provided.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to linger. A comfortable double sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spaces, and a large flat-screen TV offers entertainment on quieter days.
