The building, which has a total of four floors, has an elevator, ensuring easy access to the holiday home for guests with limited mobility.
Upon entering the light-filled apartments, you will be immediately captivated by the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and Weidefelder Beach, made possible by the floor-to-ceiling windows that extend across the entire living and dining area.
Each apartment features a balcony facing the sea, perfect for enjoying breakfast, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, watching passing ships, breathing in the sea air, sipping cocktails, or whatever else promises fun and relaxation.
The living/dining area with its integrated and fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, unwind, and enjoy convivial game nights.
During the darker months, a crackling fire in the fireplace and a glass of red wine create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Firewood and kindling are available upon request for your arrival. Parquet floors and underfloor heating throughout provide additional warmth. The stylish interior, along with the mint or beige furnishings, offers every comfort for your holiday.
The apartments feature two separate bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The box-spring mattresses guarantee a relaxing and restful sleep.
Each bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and a washing machine or dryer. A walk-in rain shower and a Finnish sauna complete the experience, creating a true oasis of well-being.
Ample parking is available outside the building.
The popular and unspoiled Weidefelder beach, with its beach chairs, kiosk, and designated areas for nudists and dogs, is just a short walk from the property. After a day of outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, walking, and/or golfing, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the "Lobster" restaurant. Children are very welcome and can play on the beach or in the playground within sight of their parents.
The apartment building is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
