This newly built thatched cottage is located at 53° North latitude, offering wonderful views of the meadows and fields surrounding the "De Poeler Drift" thatched cottage area. You have direct access to the "Mittenmang" hiking trail, which leads to the Baltic Sea (approx. 800m).

The holiday home is modernly furnished for three people. The room layout is unique for the thatched cottage area.

On the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan living and dining room with access to the north-facing terrace. A fireplace will be installed from autumn 2022 onwards, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Also on the ground floor is a small bedroom with an adjoining single room, as well as a minimalist kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Enjoy the view while you prepare your meals!

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a storage room.
The bedroom faces north – on a clear day, you can see all the way to Wismar Bay.
The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub is beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing with a soothing bath.
The entire house features tiled floors and underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The garden was landscaped in the summer of 2022 and will be further enhanced with additional plants and a border hedge in the autumn.
Parking is available directly at the house.
