Thatched house "Koje15"

Welcome and sweet dreams to "Koje 15" – this holiday home (new in 2018) in the thatched-roof area "De Poeler Drift" in the resort town of Zierow offers you and your family plenty of space to relax. Your children will love the large garden with its wonderful views of the surrounding greenery and the playground next to the house.
The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa right by the fireplace. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. On cold days, you can relax in the sauna with its wellness shower after a long walk or bike ride. A guest WC with natural light is also located on the ground floor. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer.

Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom with a typical dormer window and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. From here, you have a beautiful view across the thatched-roof area to the island of Poel and the Baltic Sea coast. The children's bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers, a second TV, a storage bench, and a shelf. This gives your children plenty of space to enjoy their holiday on the Baltic Sea. All bedrooms, the bathrooms, and a patio door in the living room are equipped with mosquito nets. The furnished south-facing terrace features garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a very comfortable extra-large beach chair, inviting you to relax and unwind.

The garden shed offers ample space for strollers and toys. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Up to two cars can be parked in front of the house.
