Renovated and newly furnished holiday apartment for six people in a very good, central location, ready for the 2022 season.

The heart of the apartment is the bright, approximately 40 m² living room with a dining table and a comfortable seating area. From here, you have access to the balcony, surrounded by the greenery of the treetops along Heider Straße and furnished with seating and a table. At the front of the room, and somewhat visually separated, is a kitchen area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dimmable lighting).

From here, a wooden staircase leads to the attic bedroom (two single beds, 0.90 x 2.00 m) under sloping roofs (headroom in the middle: 1.81 m).
Bedroom 1 (approx. 14 m²) has a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (2 x 0.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The window here is equipped with blackout blinds.
Bedroom 2 (approx. 11 m²) features a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (2 x 0.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The Velux window here is also equipped with a blackout blind.
The shower room (approx. 4.5 m²) has a Velux window with a pleated blind for privacy.
A baby cot and children's tableware are provided.
The apartment is heated by underfloor heating.
You can use Wi-Fi and a television with satellite reception.
