The holiday home "Haus Kiepenelf" is located in a quiet and desirable residential area of Rees, just minutes from the town center and the beautiful Rhine promenade. The 102 sq m house comfortably accommodates two to six people. Two bakeries are within easy walking distance, one of which is also open on Sunday mornings. Shopping facilities are also just minutes away. The house features three bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a guest toilet. The bright living room with dining area opens generously onto the garden with a south-facing terrace and awning. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, regular coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee machine. A television with cable connection and a wide selection of channels is provided in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge. Bicycles can be securely stored and charged in the garage belonging to the house. There is also a parking space in front of the garage.
