The houseboat is idyllically located on the North Sea near Xanten in the middle of a green lake landscape. The North Sea and the South Sea are two interconnected lakes, and around the lakes you will find a wide variety of leisure activities for every taste. The houseboat is located together with other floating houses on its own jetty in front of the small town of Vynen. At the same time, the central location on the Lower Rhine offers very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers you pure relaxation and many leisure activities related to water sports: lido with sandy beach, water ski course, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more.

The Lower Rhine offers you a wide and well-developed network of cycle paths. Cycle on the "RheinRadWeg" with a view of the Rhine and its shipping, use the ferries, some of which are still pristine, to cross from one bank to the other. Beach with well-kept sandy beach, deck chairs, parasols and much more, sailing school, boat rental, surfing station, stand-up paddling, waterski and wakeboard facility with 960 m lift, passenger boat trips on the North and South Seas, fishing and daily permits / lake use, diving: diving wreck and underwater sculpture park

We hebben hier een hele fijne tijd gehad, De plek is ruim en schoon, perfect voor een ontspannen uitje, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden, We genoten van fietsen langs de Rijn en het zandstrand was perfect voor zonnebaden, Het enige was dat de verwarming even nodig had om op te warmen, maar daarna was alles goed, Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die wil ontspannen
Wat een charmante plek! Het interieur was gezellig en goed ingericht, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden, We vonden het dakterras voor zonsondergang uitzicht bijzonder leuk, We hebben ook het nabijgelegen Museum Schloss Moyland bezocht, wat fascinerend was!
La maison flottante était une expérience unique, Elle était spacieuse et propre, avec une belle terrasse pour profiter de notre café du matin, La région est idéale pour le cyclisme, et nous avons profité des pistes cyclables à proximité, Dans l'ensemble, un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille !
Super emplacement au bord du lac, Tout était propre et confortable, J'ai adoré la vue !
Maison flottante spacieuse et confortable avec un accès facile aux pistes cyclables, Explorer le Bas-Rhin a été un point fort de notre séjour
Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort! Die Ruhe und der Frieden der Gegend waren genau das, was wir brauchten, Die Hausboot war gut gepflegt, und wir haben besonders die Klimaanlage an den warmen Tagen genossen, Die lokalen Restaurants, insbesondere das Thunderbike Roadhouse, waren auch großartig!
