The houseboat is idyllically located on the North Sea near Xanten in the middle of a green lake landscape. The North Sea and the South Sea are two interconnected lakes, and around the lakes you will find a wide variety of leisure activities for every taste. The houseboat is located together with other floating houses on its own jetty in front of the small town of Vynen. At the same time, the central location on the Lower Rhine offers very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers you pure relaxation and many leisure activities related to water sports: lido with sandy beach, water ski course, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more.

Schoon en gezellig met een mooie inrichting, De locatie was rustig, wat zorgde voor een vredige nachtrust, Slechts een korte rit van nabijgelegen attracties, wat het handig maakte voor dagtochten
De woonboot was gezellig en goed uitgerust, Genoten van de avonden op het terras met een prachtig uitzicht op het water, WiFi en parkeren waren een pluspunt!

We had a nice time at Hausboot am Xantener Nordsee, The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and the nearby lido was a great spot to relax, The amenities were decent, but we did wish for a few more kitchen utensils, Overall, a pleasant stay!
Les vues depuis la maison flottante sont incroyables ! Nous avons apprécié le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse chaque matin, L'emplacement est également pratique pour visiter des attractions locales comme le Parc archéologique LVR
Bien que la maison flottante était spacieuse et confortable, j'ai senti qu'elle aurait besoin de quelques commodités supplémentaires dans la cuisine, Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour agréable, et nous avons apprécié l'environnement paisible
