Old Registry Office Large Apartment

The thatched-roof holiday home with its three apartments is located in the Toftum district of the village of Oldsum. Oldsum is a beautiful, small artists' village on the marshland. Here you'll find a supermarket, several small restaurants, cozy cafes, and various charming shops. Toftum retains its rural character and remains quiet and relaxed even during peak season.

Our house, with its beautifully landscaped garden, is situated between two small cul-de-sacs. A farm is located next door, and beyond that lies the marshland, stretching for approximately 1-2 km to the dike. The large apartment consists of a spacious and attractive living room and two bedrooms. It can accommodate up to four people. We are happy to provide a travel cot for a child. The large apartment can be ideally combined with the studio apartment to create a single unit with up to six sleeping spaces (plus a travel cot).

The large apartment is located on the first floor. The gable roof makes the apartment spacious and bright. The living area features a comfortable lounge and a dining table. From the window, you can see the garden and the entire village. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. An antique china cabinet, a TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi are also provided. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be pushed together. The bedrooms are bright and welcoming and include wardrobes. You can enjoy a nice meal or a cup of tea in your private garden.

A washing machine and dryer are available.
Dogs are always welcome.
The apartment is non-smoking.
