The small village of Oldsum has managed to develop gentle tourism. A few small cafes, restaurants and shops, many thatched cottages. In addition, a lot of art, culture and handicrafts - everything you need for a successful holiday is there. The cozy Frisian village was shaped by seafaring, whaling and agriculture. Frisian is spoken, the old captain's houses and blooming cottage gardens create a relaxed atmosphere. You will find peace and comfort and can really relax. Highlights included: final cleaning, WiFi Activities nearby: Visit the small towns on the island and marvel at the nice little streets and thatched roof houses that exude a homely atmosphere. The Wyker beach with its lively promenade invites you to stroll. Enjoy the varied selection of restaurants and bars. On days with bad weather, a visit to the Aqua Föhr is recommended. Het twee-onder-een-kap huis in Oldsum voldeed aan onze behoeften, Het was schoon en goed uitgerust, met alles wat nodig was voor een comfortabel verblijf, De locatie is rustig, wat we waardeerden na lange dagen van verkenning van het eiland, Het nabijgelegen Wyker strand was een fijne plek om te ontspannen, en de lokale restaurants boden degelijke maaltijden, Hoewel niets echt opviel, hadden we over het algemeen een aangename ervaring
Our stay at the Doppelhaus in Oldsum was simply delightful! The house was beautifully furnished and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home, We loved sitting on the terrace during the evenings, soaking in the tranquil surroundings, The village itself is charming, with quaint cafes and shops just a short stroll away, Don't miss out on a bike ride around the countryside
Very spacious house, had a great time with family, The hosts were super friendly and made us feel welcome, The kitchen was well-stocked which was nice since we cooked a couple of meals, Only downside, WiFi was a bit spotty at times but honestly, it was nice to disconnect a little, Would definitely recommend!
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Doppelhaus wirklich genossen, Das Innendesign war geschmackvoll und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Die Lage in Oldsum ist perfekt für Ruhe und Frieden, und Fahrradturene rundt området var fantastisk, Sørg bare for å pakke for været, vi ble fanget i litt regn, men Aqua Föhr var en flott backup-plan!
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war gut gepflegt und die Umgebung war schön, Wir würden es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem ruhigen Rückzugsort sucht
