On the ground floor, there is a spacious, garden-facing living room with many windows, a comfortable lounge area, a large dining table, and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. The handcrafted wooden kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, five-burner gas hob, Quooker tap, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and wine cooler; ample crockery and cutlery are provided. You can access the backyard through one of the three sliding doors. There are two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub and/or shower, sink, and toilet. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The first floor comprises five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including at least a shower and sink. Two of these bedrooms have French doors leading to a balcony at the rear of the house. There are also two separate toilets on the first floor. The enclosed garden features a large terrace with a large table and several lounge sofas for relaxation. The indoor sauna with (warm) outdoor shower and whirlpool (for an extra charge) is accessible via the wooden terrace. A charcoal grill is also available. The garden cushions are stored in the small storage room, and the grill is ready for your use.
