We invite you to spend a relaxing holiday in this spacious and well-appointed 4-room apartment on the second floor of a building on the Lindau mainland. This bright, two-story penthouse apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers unobstructed views of the Alps, which you can enjoy while sipping an aperitif from a beach chair.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area on the upper floor with direct access to a sunny balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a SodaStream for fresh sparkling water. Air conditioning is also available on the upper floor if needed.
The apartment's entrance area leads to two fully furnished bedrooms with double beds (one 180x200cm; one 140x200cm). The third room, furnished with a desk and a sofa bed (140x200cm), can be used as a workspace, bedroom, and/or lounge. The owners provide board games for enjoyable evenings. With Wi-Fi and a dedicated work desk, the apartment offers ideal conditions for a "workation."
The luxurious marble bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower will satisfy even the most discerning guests. A separate toilet is located next door. The entire apartment features underfloor heating.
The apartment's entrance area offers ample space for a relaxed arrival. Shoe cabinets and a storage room help you start your vacation organized.
During your stay, we provide free bicycle parking and an exclusive underground parking space for one car.
