The stylish holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 56 m² of space for up to 4 guests. Completely renovated and redesigned, it has been welcoming holidaymakers since 2023 with a modern maritime atmosphere and a high level of comfort.
As the largest apartment in the house, it features a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe and a modern bathroom with WC, washbasin, walk-in shower and hairdryer. The master bedroom offers direct views of the dike and has a 180x200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200 cm each). Both bedrooms include wardrobes and blackout facilities.
The bright 23 m² living and dining area features comfortable armchairs, a sofa, board games, flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. The dining area seats four and connects directly to the separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and more. A large window provides views of the furnished terrace and can also be used as a convenient serving hatch.
Guests can enjoy the shared garden with barbecue area and spacious lawn, as well as free laundry and drying facilities. Reserved parking spaces are available beside the house. A free, lockable bicycle garage with e-bike charging is also provided.
The detached house is situated directly behind the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Harle promenade and historic Friedrichsschleuse bridge are just 100 m away. Playgrounds, the Cliner Quelle spa centre and the historic centre of Carolinensiel are within walking distance, while the North Sea beach at Harlesiel can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
